Fulfillment Update: Boats still on water and new fulfillment starting

Greetings, Gardeners.

Here's everything I know at the moment on where the games are for the various fulfillment lanes:

US/CA/RoW: The boat was estimated to arrive in Savannah on Oct 20th. The container is on the Ever Faith ship which you can track here. There was a lot of congestion in the canal and across all east coast ports so it was delayed getting to the first port in NY, then took a while to get a spot to unload there. Likely the same will happen in Boston from what I'm being told which is the other stop before making it to us in GA. The new ETA for Savannah arrival is Nov 13. 

Once it arrives and is unloaded, the games will be sent to our warehouse in Atlanta and we will immediately ship out those games for the US, CA, and RoW. Remember, this is only for the backers who have the deluxe wooden tiles. All backers without that item have already been completed.

UK/EU: Your games have are still on the water headed to Spain, where they will then be sent into the UK and France to the two fulfillment centers. They anticipate arrival by end of month and fulfillment happening early Nov.

AU/CN: Everything is at both fulfillment centers and I'm told will ship out to you next week.

I'll update again in a week or so once AU/CN completes and I get another update on status of the US and Europe bound boats.

Other 25th Century News

This week we have three new games releasing straight to retail! You can find these at your favorite game retailers or order them directly from our web store. Green Team Wins is a very fun party game from Nathan Thornton (Medium and That Old Wallpaper). Longboard is a surfboard building card game from acclaimed designer Reiner Knizia. And Ghosts Love Candy Too is a trick or treat Halloween themed game where ghosts steal candy from kids, designed and illustrated by Danny Devine (Kohaku, Sprawlopolis, Topiary). 

Fulfillment Update: US Complete Others in Process

Greetings, Gardeners!

Here's everything I know at the moment on where the games are for the various fulfillment lanes:

US Backers:

All fulfillment for backers who did not purchase the deluxe wooden tiles is complete. You should either have your items or at least an email with tracking and an arrival shortly. The boat with the deluxe tiles is estimated to arrive in Savannah on Oct 20th. The container is on the Ever Faith ship which you can track here. Once it arrives and is unloaded, the container will make its way to our warehouse in Atlanta, then all of the items needed for fulfillment to backers in the US, Canada, and the RoW will be forwarded to the fulfillment center in Indiana.

AU/NZ Backers: 

I've been trying to get details on when this fulfillment will start, but had some trouble getting answers on status. Turns out my contact left the company and I didn't know. After a conversation today with the owner, they are tracking down current status of these. Hopefully they are there or will be arriving soon. Next update I hope to have more info and if I hear quickly I'll add to the comments. 

China Backers: 

Your items should be at the fulfillment center and ready to go out shortly, but they are on holiday this week so I don't have a definitive answer. I'll have one as soon as they return and will update. 

Canada Backers:

Same as the US update. If you did not have the wooden tiles, your orders have been fulfilled. If you have the wooden tiles, please see the US update on the boat status. 

EU/UK Backers: 

Your games have left port in China and are headed to Spain, where they will then be sent into the UK and France to the two fulfillment centers. I am trying to get details on expected ETA for arrival into Spain and boat info. I would anticipate before the end of the month.

Rest of World:

See the US for update on arrival of the boat with your games.  

I'll be back in touch in another update once I get more info or will drop in the comments as I drip learn more.

Other 25th Century News  

It's October, so tis the spooky gaming season. We worked with designer and artist Danny Devine to create a fun little set of games as a Halloween treat. Ghosts Love Candy Too Roll and Fright is a set of three different print at home roll and write games for only $3 on Kickstarter until next week. If you're looking for something different to play this month to get into the Halloween spirit, we'd love your support on this campaign. Games will be emailed as soon as the campaign ends.

Fulfillment Update: Starting Next Week!!

Greetings, Gardeners!

Let's jump right into updates on fulfillment....which is starting for some folks!

US Backers: 

The container with the games and promo items arrived in our warehouse on Friday! The warehouse team will finish getting everything counted and in the system early next week. This means fulfillment shipments could start going out as soon as the end of next week! As mentioned in the previous update, we are still waiting on the deluxe wooden tiles to arrive. That shipment is leaving port and headed this way so I will keep you updated on its arrival. Only pledges without the deluxe wooden tiles will be sent at this time while we wait on the deluxe tiles to make it here, then I'll get yours out the door right away. 

AU / NZ Backers: 

Your games are in transport now to the AU fulfillment center and should be arriving soon. I am trying to get an ETA on their arrival and how quickly they will get turned around for shipping out your games. Next update I should have a better answer on that. Deluxe wooden tiles are with the games, so all backers will ship at the same time. 

China Backers: 

Basically, the same as AU. Your items have left the manufacturer and are either in route or have already arrived at the fulfillment center. This shipment included both deluxe tiles and the games. Next update I should have the timeline on yours shipping out. 

Canada Backers:

This is basically the same as the US update. If your pledge did not include the wooden tiles, then your games will be going out in the next week. If it includes the wooden tiles, then those are on the water and I'll keep you updated when your pledge will ship once they arrive. 

EU/UK Backers: 

Your games are with the deluxe wooden tiles and are headed on a boat that way to our two fulfillment centers there. I don't have the exact date for arrival of the boat just yet, but will update it in likely our next message. 

Rest of World: 

Same as Canada. If you did not order the wooden tiles, then your games are shipping in the next week. Deluxe tile backers are pending those items arriving. 

Other 25th Century Games News: 

We have a Gamefound campaign ending this coming Thursday featuring expansions to two fantastic games. Space Explorers Age of Ambition and Prehistories Evolutions have modular based new content for you to mix and match into your base games for a wide range of possibilities to enhance your gaming experiences. If you don't have the base games, we got you covered! Those are available too along with some fun promos and big discounts to retail pricing. Our next Kickstarter campaign launches on Sept 27th. Just in time for the Halloween season we are offering three different print at home games to get you in the spooky holiday mood. All three games are only $3! Yep, you read that right. Three bucks! All you need is a pair of dice and something to write with. Files will be emailed right after the campaign ends so you'll have plenty of time to enjoy before Halloween. 

Pre-orders for four hot new titles coming to retail in Q4 are wrapping up this week over at 25thCenturyGames.com. We'll start shipping them in the next couple of weeks ahead of their October release dates. All four games will come with free promo packs too! Get your game guaranteed and some bonus goodies too.

Fulfillment Update and PM Addresses Locking

Greetings, Gardeners. 

As the summer winds down here in the States, many of the late season blooms are taking over. The dahlias in our garden certainly are producing like crazy right now.

 I wanted to give you an update on fulfillment status. You should have received a notice from Backerkit for a final address confirmation. Please make sure to add any address changes right away. 

As I mentioned in the last update, we had a batch of copies riding in another container headed for the US. That ship has been sitting in the Savannah port for two weeks and I'm hoping will get a dock opening and get to our warehouse in the next week or two. In that shipment, we only have copies for US backers who did not get the deluxe tile set add-ons. So once our warehouse receives that shipment, we'll get your orders fulfilled. 

The deluxe tiles, as I mentioned before, I was having fixed since they used glossy film on the wood instead of matte. I received an updated sample of those tiles, which is pictured below, and all was given the green light for packing up on pallets for cargo shipments. All of the separation of the deluxe tiles and other standard edition games bound for our other fulfillment centers have been pushed out of the manufacturer and are pending their various pickups. Our China fulfillment center should be the first to receive those units, likely followed by the AU hub. The cargo bound for the UK/EU and US (for US/CA/RoW) will hopefully leave port shortly as well. I'll keep you updated as I hear dates on all of those. For now, the next thing to happen will be US fulfillment for standard edition backers only. I'm hoping that gets started in the next few weeks at the latest. 

Next Campaign

Our next crowdfunding campaign will be for two expansions and their base games for those that don't have them. On Tuesday, Sept 6th, we will launch a campaign for Space Explorers Age of Ambition and Prehistories Evolutions on the Gamefound platform. Please give the campaign page a follow and I hope you will join us. These are two fun modular based expansions to help broaden the core game experiences. Plus we'll have some fun promos and discounts on the sets!

Manufacturing Update and Fulfillment Timing

Greetings, Gardeners. 

The manufacturer is wrapping up the deluxe wooden tiles and will have them ready to go by the end of the month. This was the only outstanding production item as the game, promos, coin, and wooden wheelbarrows are all finished. Hopefully, we can get them on the water not long after that in early August.

We have started working with our logistics partner on how things will be split up and sent to the various fulfillment centers. The good news is I had a large container leaving the same manufacturer with several other games and that container had some extra room on it. So I had the manufacturer go ahead and load in all of the games and promo items headed for the US warehouse. 

This gets them on the water a little bit faster to speed up fulfillment rather than waiting on everything to be ready. That boat is expected to arrive late August, so we should be able to start fulfilling the US orders which do not contain the deluxe tiles in early Sept since we'll have what we need at that point. 

The deluxe wooden boxes will follow out the door in early August when we get the next container out. Once the deluxe tiles are finished, the shipment with the games, wooden tiles, and promos will leave for the other fulfillment centers in China, Australia, UK, and the EU. I'm hoping that gets fulfillment out of China started by mid-August with AU by late month. We're getting really close!
